Items may only be returned if the product is defective, at which time a replacement item will be sent. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to return item to Pettis Martial Arts & MMA. If item is deemed defective, a replacement will be sent and customer refunded the cost of return shipping, return shipping refund not to exceed $15.00.
